About the Role

Highstock is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Operations professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our marketplace moving — ensuring every order flows seamlessly from point A to point B with speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a Product Operations Associate, you will own the full lifecycle of order logistics, from coordination and tracking to troubleshooting and process optimization. You'll work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to anticipate challenges, remove bottlenecks, and keep our fulfillment engine running. Your ability to manage complexity while scaling operations will be critical as Highstock expands its marketplace reach and order volume.

This is a high-impact role where precision, problem-solving, and operational excellence will directly shape the customer experience and drive our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead post order operations to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline operational and logistics flows to increase efficiency
  • Work with the engineering team to build product that accelerates the process
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to enhance operational performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree at a competitive university or college program
  • 2+ years of experience in operations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
